Can't stay on track!

I seem to be having such an annoying time trying to lose weight atm. I seem to have one day on and one day off diet. Like today...I managed to go over my ww points by 12.5!! That's terrible! I just keep grazing, I don't even know how I've managed it coz I've been at work all day. Bleauh! Sorry for rant, just feel crappy today Sad

Try drinking water when you feel like eating instead.
