Cancelled the registry office this morning :(

Well as most of you know we decided before christmas to put the wedding back by a year due to problems we were having.

Well the one thing I didn't have the courage to do was to cancel the actual wedding and so left it. H2B said he would do it, but being a man he didnt lol. So finally got round to ringing them this morning. And OMG I lost it in the middle of my office

Thought I had got used to the fact that I wasn;t getting married till next year, but obviously not

Luckily my business partner is very good and understanding but I got a lot of weird looks

I had no idea! - So you have cancelled it till next year or cancelled it untill further time?
Big hugs babe, its not a nice thing to go thru, good that your colleague is good though, Nice you work with people who can empathise! Its easy me saying this, but you have h2b your relationship, a good job, all that will still be around you when the time is right to get married - i think you are being wise to put it back due to financial reasons - i wish i could of ben abit more level headed like that when i booked mine!

Aw, no, poor you.

Its never nice having to do something like that, but on the bright side - it gives you much more time to plan your perfect day, and there is nothing to stop you from buying bits and pieces now?!
My wedding isnt until next year ( ), but i am buying small bits now so it doesnt seem to all come in one hit, and still keeps the dream alive!!

It was meant to be this august but before Christmas we very nearly split up. We went throuh a horrible horrible patch and decided we wanted to work towards our relationship, so we agreed to put the wedding back by a year.

Things are great now and I agree it was for the best BUT it still upsets me

We started planning this time last year, and I can honestly say, the past year has flown by! I know next August seems like an eternity away, but I promise you, it's not, and it will be here before you know it. Chin up babe. x
