Zumba, anyone heard of them/this?

as above really
has anyone heard of this/that?
it is a fitness-dance class that is starting a class in our area but the have been around for years, all over the world
i am thinking of giving it a try but looking for recommendations x

Don't know of anyone who does it, but would love to try! It looks great fun

there was a class last night but i was working so going to go to next weeks and give it a try and my best friend M is coming too so we will hopefully have a laugh as well as a good workout

Me and Mrs Suzie went to a salsacise class, and the woman that runs that does a Zumba class too.

Not that Ive been, its all too much like hard work for me!

Sorry, just realised that I have nothing to say really, other than Ive heard of it but never done it!

well i went last night and it was brilliant we had a good laugh and the 'teacher' was fab
