Re: the diet section??
No i had loads of cadbury caramel nibbles last night but I have an excuse cause its that time of the month, I also on my way home from blackpool last night had fishcake and chips, I have not been to a fish and chip shop for years! It was delish. Diet attempt number 50 is definately starting today, I want to lose a stone before June and tone up my stomache and arms. So I am having snack a jacks and hummus for lunch and I am going to make WW morrocan chicken with cous cous for tea and try not to eat anything else in between

Re: the diet section??
Ooh Sarah are you actually doing weight watchers the full programme? I've been doing it for about two weeks now and lost 4/5 pounds already. Though I've just had a mug shot and I thought it would be really low points, 3.5!!!! Absolutely disgusted...for a cup of noodles?! what's that about eh?
Mmm morocan chicken and cous cous sounds lovely! Do you have a recipe for it?

4 medium skinless chicken drumstick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion(s), sliced thickly
1 medium red green or yellow pepper(s), RED, de-seeded and sliced
2 medium carrot(s), cut into thick sticks
250 g potato(es), (9oz) cut into thick chunks
1 stick celery, large, sliced thickly
1/2 teaspoon turmeric, ground
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoon ground coriander
450 ml fresh stock, chicken
1 portion bay leaf
1 portion lemon(s), (juice of, plus a few strips of zest)
1 tablespoon parsley, (or corriander) handfull fresh sprigs, chopped
250 g dried couscous
1 pinch salt, to season
1 serving pepper, to season
Instructions
Season the chicken lightly. Heat the oil in a large heavy-based saucepan and brown the pieces quickly. Remove and stir in the chunky vegetables. Add 3 tablespoons of water and then cover the pan. Cook gently for 5 minutes until softened, shaking the pan occasionally.
Stir in all the spices except the bay leaf. Cook for a minute and then add the bay leaf. Stir in the stock and add the lemon zest.
Bring the stock to the boil, then season and cover. Simmer very gently for about 45 minutes until the meat is tender. Stir in the lemon juice.
Meanwhile, soak and steam the couscous according to the pack instructions. Serve the chicken and vegetables on a bed of couscous with the parsley or coriander sprinkled on top.

Re: the diet section??
Thanks for that Sajo. Will give that one a go. I know what you mean about going off track, seems every week something comes up that means you go out and eat/drink. So annoying. I'm tryna get rid of all the weight I put on when h2b and I moved in together. Managed to get off a stone of it so far...still another 1 and half to go (at least)...evidently I can't eat the same size portions as he can. Damn his hollow legs!

Re: the diet section??
I really need to lose some weight for my holiday over Christmas (want a sexay bikini bod) and then when I come back keep the weight off until the wedding, lol!
I really got on with Weight Watchers but struggle now as I work in a new office with no microwave and I don't like sandwhiches, they bore me. Plus I'm picky as hell and don't eat salads. I used to live off soups and homemade stews with plenty of veg which was like 1pt a serving
I also then got bored as I knew no one else doing it. Would anyone on here like to set up maybe a joint weigh in day so we can do this together? Lol

Re: the diet section??
I hate the amount men can eat- its not fair!!
My dad weighs about 8 to 9 stone and eats twice as much as me.

Re: the diet section??
I count weight watchers points rather than calories I would say what you had maybe had about 3 points in total 2 for the wrap and 1 or maybe even just 0.5 points for the light mayo x
