Help Needed - Urgent

Hi Ladies,

I know you always help a Bride in crisis.

I have my blessing on Saturday, and we have a memorial table for several absent friends:
My sister who passed away almost 5 years ago, just 17 years old
Both our grandads
His Gran
and my Dads parents, who I never met.

I really would like a poem printed and laminated and displayed on the table with the candle and photgraphs, but I cant find a poem anywhere.

I thought you wonderful ladies would be able to help me look for one.

not sure its appropriate but this is what we had at my moms funeral and i think its beautiful

They say memories are golden
well maybe thats true
We never wanted memories
we only wanted you.

A million times we needed you
a million times we've cried
If love alone could have saved you

In life we loved you dearly
in death we love you still
In our hearts you hold a special place.
no one else can fill

If tears could build a stairway

We'd walk the path to heaven

Our family chain is broken
and nothing seems the same
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will link again.

That's beautiful, brought tears to my eyes just reading it.

We dont expect my nan to make our wedding (terminal cancer), I think I may take a note of that poem now. xx

sorry to hear that yorks hope she is there on your special day, we have the same at the moment with h2bs grandad, he was rushed into hospital monday with heart failure ad he is very weak. h2b is convinced he wont be here but we are trying to stay positive xx

It is so hard knowing that my little (only) sister wont be there with me to share my special day with me, she obviously would have been my cheif bridesmaid. We weren't just sisters, we were best friends as well, we were so close and it tears be apart knowing she wont be there, but I cant be too sad as I know she would hate it, she would want me to enjoy my day and be happy, still doesnt make it any easier though.

That is a lovely poem, brough tears to my eyes too, and I thought I was all cried out this week! x
