sweet treats
whos having a sweet table
i bought some jars from ikea all diff sizes mainly same shape
not sure im happy with the look
who else has got there jars and what do they look like
looking for more ideas
would have liked those tall bonbon jars with lids all fancy but they are expensive, not sure if mines gonna look cheap and wondering whether to bother now.

Im having one, but havent bought the jars yet. Im hoping to have different vases as apposed to jars with lids, I like the idea of having the tops totally open. Plus I can use the vases round the house afterwards, or give them to friends.
I think as long as your table looks 'even' with tall jars at the outside (one on each side of the table) smaller jars at the middle etc then it will look fine! Have you tried them with sweets in yet? That will totally change the look of the jars

yes im have and they are goin real fast my partner and son keep eating them lol
i thought of vases im becoming obsessed i have a cleaning company and as i go round the house im checking out my customers too see who i can borrow from lol

are you have any fancy table cover my venue is providing me with white so i thought i might go to fabric shop see if i can pick up any thiing to put on top in the colour theme im havin also thought of maybe matchin ribbon on the jars what do you think ?

Yup, I was thinking that too
Im thinking of getting like a navy organza table runner to put down the middle (navy is my colour) plus navy ribbon to tie round. Might glue on some sparkles to the ribbon. Ive bought some wooden letters that spell out SWEETS from ebay (think the seller was Barry19850 or something) Wull is going to paint the letters navy or silver to match in. Plus ive got some lovely clear table diamonds to scatter on the table. Again just wee things to make it look a bit nicer. And I got navy and white striped sweetie bags to put the sweets in

yes my colour scheme is navy or midnight blue lol
i got some ribbon in blue n silver
sounds good just need to maybe put it all together on my table see wot finished look is like

Iam not having one but they do look a lovely idea - trouble is id have real trouble holding myself back from not trying to eat all he sweets

I got them from a guy on ebay... CarrierBagSolutions I think. Paid 99p for 100 bags, so I got 200!
