H2b has just brought back a vibrating plate exercise plate - and by god its good, i was under the illusion you just stand on it and it would be like a stroll in the park, but i just cranked it up to the highest speed - OUCH OUCH OUCH, you can feel your whole body spasming!

Ohhhhhhh its good, my legs are aching.
Apparently it contracts your muscles at twice the speed of a jog! Greg used to use it in his rugby days - he swears by it, now i know why rugby boys have such tight thighs and bums mmmm Very Happy
