Start Weight: 9 stone 5 1/2 lbs
Target Weight: 8 stone ish

Todays Weight: 9 stone 2lbs
Weight Loss since last weigh in: +2 lbs Crying or Very sad

Weight Loss in Total: 3 1/2 lbs
Weight to go: 1 stone ish

I had a bad week Embarassed , back on track now though!

ok i have no idea how much i weigh got weighed friday in fat club and was 10st 2 cant have scales in my house i abuse them Sad x
