Not happy, my car just bumped into someone elses car :-(

Not happy at all this morning. Weather is getting really bad, slushy slippy roads, bloody freezing winds. Anyway, h2b has the car parked outside his work where he parks it every day, on the sloped car park that slopes downwards towards the workshop. The car was parked up, and it has slid down the 5ft slope and hit into a car belonging to a guy he works with.

He is going to speak to his boss, surely his company have a responsibility to keep the car park ice free??

Not happy, think this guy will need a new bumper.....

Nobody was hurt, apart from my wallet probably. Just spoke to the insurance people, because h2b is a named driver the excess for him causing accidental damage is £700 Seriously £700

Am sooo not happy, came in from work and had a massive argument with h2b just cos Im seriously annoyed with him. Not that it was his fault, the car slid and he wasnt anywhere near it, Im just fecking angry

Would it be cheaper to not go through the insurance?

Im hoping so. I dont think there is that much damage done to the guys car, there is no damage at all to ours apart from a few scratches on the bumper. Problem is that the other guys car is some suped up focus s.t. or something, with colour coded bumpers and I think that will cost us more to repair.

Just so unhappy, we were going to put a deposit on the piper and a dj from my wage, but cant now cos we need to pay for these repairs. Thats us got less than we need now to pay for things we want, I just cant believe it. Sorry, just having a wee sad moment
