Menus on wedding day?

I am giving people a choice for food at the wedding as I dont like steak I am having tuna so I have made it an option, also for the starters there is a choice of 2 things, its split pretty much 50/50 and a couple of people have said they will probably forget what they chose on the day, I was thinking of having on everyones place setting a little menu with their choice on as I dont think reception provides this, anyone know of any templates or ideas around it? x

A wedding we went to a christmas put it on the back of the place card.

You could use it as their place name


Then maybe a quote or thank-you note from the two of you at the bottom.
I'm thinking a 1/3 of A4 portrait stylee...

Have your venue not asked for anything? Ours have insisted that we have peoples food choices on the back of their place cards.

The idea being the staff will flip the cards around once they are seated so the waiters know who is having what

No they havent asked for anything, I think Italians are so laid back they wont think about it till the day haha and here comes along me with my lists and bossing everyone about, they will be deporting me! x
