Congrats on the forum, what will the rules be

Hi

I like it - clear and easy to follow

I just wanted to know what the rules will be. How can people who own wedding businesses help the brides out there. Many forums make you pay to advertise - I could never have afforded C*****i in a million years but always tried to give advice if it was asked for.

Would you like us to only answer posts asking for help for either a service? Can we put links to our websites if it is the best way to show someone or would you prefer photos.

The new forum welcomes any type of buisiness that could benefit us b2b's and vice versa.
Not too hot on the regulations/rules re; forum - this is my first one ive created eeeekkkk!
I cant see the harm in putting links to your websites etc or photos.

Yes kept a bit quiet there - always advertised wedding fayres I knew were coming up, and if anyone wanted advice I would post replies. Didn't use it much for my wedding cos I knew most people to get in touch with.

Well better go and get my shower and start thinking about bed - I work full time too so got to be up at 6.

I dont mind advertisers on forums, I regularly use the Scottish Wedding Directory forum and they have lots of suppliers on there. They are registered as suppliers though, and when they post it says under their name that they are suppliers.

The advise they give is usually pretty good, so Im happy with them being on here too, as long as we arent bombarded with advertisements!

Well thanks very much for coming on and posting abit about yourself and what you do - i think i can remember you on fetti - such a shame its changed.
Sounds lovely what you do...different aswell as everyone wants different things for their weddings dont they?
Ah the purple sounds lovely in your wedding theme! I was going to go for purple but couldnt find a red that went with it ( having a xmas theme so decided against it in the end)
I will quiz you tomorow about favours etc as would love some advice on decoration - hopefully many more girls will too
