Mind if I join you? Empty Mind if I join you?

Hi Ladies,

I'm having major issues now posting onto forum-which-shall-not-be-named Wink so mind if I join you?

I really need some help printing my invitation inserts (DL size) and as said forum's print centre is also down I wondered if any of you lovely ladies/fellas had done this and could give me some advise? I'm having major issues trying to find a printer that doesn't just screw them up!

Thanks in advance!

Hellloo and welcome. We had the same problem with ours, we used the print centre as you mentioned and when I tried to use my work printer affraid it just crumpled up or was all over the place. We used my SIL2B's printer I will find out which one it is and let you know x

You're more than welcome here hun, and although we don't have a print centre, I'm sure someone can advise you! I am making my own invites, but I'm not having inserts, I'm just printing straight onto a folded A5 piece of ivory hammered card. We are using our HP deskjet and it doesn't screw the card up, it prints lovely. x

Yes that's it - can get the print in the right place on paper just can't seem to feed the inserts! So frustrating!

Thanks Charlie - I'm thinking I'm going to have to shell out for a new printer. Unless I can find someone who's already got a decent one!

Has anyone had them done at a print shop? Just wondered what that might cost. Might ring a few xx

Yeah its worth giving them a ring to cost it up, h2b emailed back saying it was just a basic epson one, he cant remember which exact model he seems to think the smaller more basic printers do the better job, after I did the invites I got a epson printer from argos for about £40 it was on offer so maybe check there x
