New invite design!

So we realised that our custom design printed invites were going to cost us too much to get printed (when we decided on them I was working at a printers so could do it myself on the cheap. But then my boss turned into a number 1 twat and I'm not there anymore. Lol) so we've been looking at other ideas.

Saw on another wedding forum (bad Kris!) someones pocket folds and loved them!

Here are hers:



I will be having the same style, but with white cards and then turquoise mounts.

As I had nothing to do today and was bored I did some playing and have designed all of my inserts

Firstly is the main invitation which will go on the left hand side:



Then on the right hand side in the pocket I will have the following 3 inserts:


And on the back of this will be






So what do you think?? Oh and those date's arn't real as we havent booked anything in this country yet

Oh honey they look amazing! I normally read things and think, I would have said that differently or added in this or that, but I read that and thought "Im copying that!!!"

Love them, hurry up and make a real one so I can gush over that!!

Oh and forgot to add, that is NOT the gift list wording. Lol.

We have no idea what to ask for yet, as people are already mentioning it!

That is lovely hun... mine are the same sort of style but the other way round if that makes sense!

My only comment would be where the writing crosses over the picture of the bridge, it's not very clear. The picture needs to be lighter or the text needs a white shadow just to lift it off the page a little...

Other than that... whoop whoop love them!!!

I'm still trying to decide on my graphics... not as good as you!!!

Oh we're having pocketfolds!!!!! It's one of the only things we've made a decision on.

Slightly random question.... will you be handwriting the guests names in or printing them all? We want all our printed, but then decided maybe a chnage of wording would mean we can get away without doing it!

All our day invites will be printed, as will the RSVP's.

Mainly doing it so we don't get people adding kids / boyfriends / girlfriends to their invites. Although we have explained to everyone exactly who is invited I still don't want to risk it!

Our evening invites won't be printed but we won't put names on them as we want as many people there as possible! Lol
