Met our Humanist again last night, I have an order of ceremony!!

Woop!!

Bill took me and Wull out for dinner last night, and we went through what we wanted for the ceremony. He said he would email us within 2 weeks with an order of ceremony, and then we can add in bits we wanted, change things around if we like. Dont think we will change the order though, Bill knows what he is doing so I trust him

aaahhhh... they both sound so lovely!!

I'm worried we're going to run out of time for ours - ceremony at 11, need to vacate the grounds by 12... it's the only thing I'm stressing about! (so far)

Are you both writing your own vows?

I think we will write our own vows, well Wull wants to but Im not sure. Im not good at showing affection or emotion It sounds daft, but I think I sound really fake when I say nice things. I dont really tell Wull nice things about himself, god that sounds awful!! Im just not good at expressing myself I suppose!

Bill says we can just say the For better or for worse vows if we want, leaving out the religious bit of course.

He has asked us to write down 3 things that we love about each other, and not show each other. Then he will include this in our ceremony. Ive already said I dont think I can do that. I dont know what I love about him, I just love him, everything about him. Im going to make a horrible wife, lol I cant even say something nice on our wedding day!

that sounds lovely and I'm sure you will think of nice things to say, that doesn't come easily to me either-especially in front of people, I'm nice when it's just the two of us, but whe he is outnumbered I seem to have a bit of a ladette thing going-so he says! hahaha

Kr15-you're getting married on our first anniversary, yay, when you're talking about your wedding it doesn't seem far away, but ours just feels like yesterday even though it will have been 5 months ago on Saturday, eeek!
