Guestbook idea....?
Been looking at guest books today and originally looked at the photo idea Zeps has but wondering if I want something different!!
Have come up with 2 ideas:
1. As we have the holiday in Oz before the reception we're going to have loads of photos. I could get a selection of the photos printed onto postcards (60 postcards for £30 each postcard with a different photo) and have the backs as blanks. Each person then fills out their own postcard and we then pop these in a album once we return.
2. I get my brother or someone to go around and take a photo of each guest and for them to write out a small card. Then I collect these and stick them all in a scrapbook.
My concerns are number 1 could be seen as tacky? But number 2 is a lot of work and Id rather not put that responsibility on someone!

Re: Guestbook idea....?
I like both of the ideas!!!!! Which clearly doesn't help!
We have just booked a photobooth for the evening of our wedding, and they offer a similar thing to your second item, in you get a duplicate set of photos and they provide a guest book. The booth attendant puts the second set of prints in the guest book and they write a comment. Great idea, but it costs an additonal £160 for this!!! We're going with the old fashioned guest book.
Also, thanks for the M & S sale tip..... we bought all 6 of our suits on monday night and they will be here tomorrow. (6 suits for £450!)
